Store Employee Benefits

  • Cafeteria Plan – Company paid fees / Jan. 1 enrollment after one year of employment
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan After 1 yr service and age 21, Company match 1%-1%, 2%-2%, 3%-3%, Emp. 4% - Company 3.5%, Emp. 5% - Company 4%, 100% vested from first dollar
  • Vacation after 1yr – Earn 1 week, 2yr – 2 weeks, 10yr – 3 weeks

  • Starting wage (Store Employees)
  • Anaconda, Butte, Helena, Three Forks – $9.00 / Hour

  • Shift differential - add additional 10% of hourly wage for nightshift
  • Inventory bonus up to 40¢ per hour worked – paid the month after inventory
  • 1 paid “float” day after one year of service
  • Annual evaluation in March – (increase effective first payroll period in April)

Hourly Store Employees Only: Semi–Annual Bonus

After 1 year of employment, hourly employees only become eligible for a twice-per-year longevity bonus – paid June 1 & Thanksgiving week. Employees averaging >32 hrs/wk (prorated for employees averaging < 32 hrs/wk):

  • After 1 year $500 (first payment is prorated)
  • After 2 years $600
  • After 3 years $700
  • After 4 years $800
  • After 5 years $900
  • After 6 years $1,000

Hourly Shift and Assistant Managers are eligible for the preceding plus:

  • Shift Manager starting wages $1.25/hour more than Cashier starting wage
  • Assistant Manager starting wages $2.25/hour more than Cashier starting wage
  • Assistant Managers eligible for “Employee Only” Health Insurance (must have six months of employment to qualify – Company pays 80% Employee pays 20% of premium)



Store Managers: All of the preceding except the semiannual bonus, plus the following:

  • Starting Annual Salary – Min 40 Hour work week
  • Anaconda, Butte, Helena, Three Forks – $25,740
  • Bozeman, Four Corners, Manhattan – $27,560
  • Monthly & Annual Bonus – make it possible to earn between $3,920 and $5,140 per year (Paid on Performance and Location criteria)
  • “Employee & Family” Health Insurance: Must have six months of employment to qualify – (Employee: Company pays 80%, Employee pays 20% of premium / Additional Family: Company pays 50%, Employee pays 50%)
  • Sick Leave – 5 days paid for first 10 days of absence; if under Dr. care next 10 days Full Pay, next 10 days Half Pay
  • 7 paid holidays / year
